1.) Leadership/Team Building

Pathfinders specializes in leadership and team development programs. Members of our staff have been involved in numerous leadership roles and have helped civic groups, church leadership teams and business leaders:

Our director is an associate trainer for Dr. John Maxwell's international ministry EQUIP and is an excellent facilitator for team development. We would be happy to talk with you about creating a specific retreat for your group to focus on areas of need or interest.

2.) Prayer/Planning Retreats

We all need those times to get away with God and spend some time reflecting, praying, and planning.

Whether you are coming alone or bringing your team, you will find Pathfinders to be the perfect place to get away from the daily grind, reconnect with God, or plan for the future. You will be surrounded by natural beauty, with porches and verandas abounding with beautiful views of Chimney Top Mountain and plenty of trails to hike.

3.) Youth Retreats

Pathfinders is primarily a youth development organization. Students are our specialty! We can provide two different retreat options or a mixture of the two.

1)"Retreat in a box," where you provide the students and chaperones and tell us what you want to accomplish on your retreat and we provide all the teaching, activities and special events. We do all the work of creating a meaningful, memorable life-changing event.

2) You provide everything: teaching, activities and special events all we do is provide the facility and food. Then we can blend the two and you do part of the teaching and activities and we provide part of them
